    Hello community

     

    I have SDM 14.1 with CUM 4, I updated yesterday and today the export button performs the export in xlsx format but when opening this file in excel the following error appears

     

    "Excel can not open the .xlsx export file because the format or extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the file format"

     

     

    Before the uptade this work correctly

     

    Please, if you know how to solve this error let me know .

    After applying the fourth set of cumulative patches
    for Service Desk Manager r14.1, more specifically
    the resolution of Star problem USRD 3680, exporting
    the ticket list exporting with wrong file
    extention.


    Steps to reproduce:


    1. Login to Service Desk Manager Web interface.
    2.Search ticket list.
    3. Click on the Export button.


    Result.


    The ticket list may be exported to export.xlsx file
    instead of export.xls file.

    Thanks David-Ng - patch RO97242 needs to be applied, along with following its post-steps to fix this!
