  • 1.  How to populate     Jasper out of box Report  >  Operational Effectiveness > Input Control > Select Country

    SDM 14.1

    Jasper 6.2 [on Tomcat 8.5]

    Java 1.8

    SQL Server 2014

    all  OS in windows 2012

    Browser : IE 11/ Firefox 53.0 /Chrome 5.7

     

    Testing  the out of box report. Other seems to  work  [including some requiring input control]

    I am not able to  populate     --> Jasper out of box Report  >  Operational Effectiveness > Input Control > Select Country

    Nothing to select or search.

    Tried to type USA  or   "*"  [wildcard]

    Tried as superuser

     

     

    NB: same issue with other report Service Demand-Incident

    I believe I am seeing the same issue.

     

    Perhaps SteveTroy has some insight?

    BTW this is  just 14.1 SDM vanilla 

    jasper6.2 requires  SDM  14.1.03 [at least binary and MDB]  ?

    Correct - Jasper will only work with CA SDM 14.1 CUM#3 and above.

    Edited  DNS and point  URL to  SDM version 14.1.03

    Flushed Tomcat  and browser cache.

    But same issue

    In SDM create a location and specify a country and the country you specified will appear as a dropdown in the report.

    solved!!

    created a location with  a country then it listed the country just fine.
