    Hello,

It's possible to have data on dashboards based on properties attached to incident categories (Service Desk)?

And also, it's possible to create reports with data from custom fields of the Service Desk Database?

    Hi Jason,

Can you tell us what application you are using to create the dashboards?  Is it Xtraction, Jasper, BOXI ?

You should be able to report on custom fields in any of those however they may need to be added to the Xtraction data model or BOXI universe.  For Jasper if you are using it as per our documentation, then the custom fields should be available in Jasper Studio when configured against Service Desk.

The challenge with properties are that they are held in a separate table along with their values and are related via an LREL relationship (many to one).  Not super easy as you would have to do several joins to make it work.  Not something within the scope of support but there are probably some folks out here on the community that have gotten it to work and can share the info with you

    Thanks,
    Jon I.

Do you have any further questions regarding reporting on custom fields in JasperSoft?
