  • 1.  How tenants group works?

    Good morning,


    I need to assign tickets from Tenant A or tenant B to analyst from Tenant A or Tenant B; I think tenant group would be the solution but I don't see how to configure it.


    I've created a tenant group with Tenant A and B, and in the contact list I can see a "Tenant Analyst Group" column, but it is empty for all contacts records. There's something else to do?

    I figure out how to make it work... I didn't read this part of the documentation related to the contact info:


    Analyst's Tenant Group

    (Analyst Contact Type Only) Specifies the tenant group that the analyst is responsible for.
