If i edit an open ticket and change the category i see that the ticket keeps the group of the old category besides that the new category has a different group..
Is there a way this could be configure? Or i need then to transfer the ticket to proper group?
Do you have the Area_Defaults Option installed?
Take a look at Administration-Tab->Options Manager->Request Mgr
If not install it, restart the SDM service and try again....
