By using the Manual Notify option on the Incidents/Requests, we can send the notifications with customized messages. I would like to use a message template for the Manual Notification as well. Since this will be required to send only on a very rare scenarios.
Is it possible to use a Message template here?. Right now I don’t see any option to use a message template in manual notify. Let me know, if this can be configured.
it's the "Default Manual Notify message template for request/incident/problem",
which is associated with the "Default Manual Notify Notification Rule for request/incident/problem"
that belongs to the "Manual Notify Activity Notification Detail"
Maybe you can use 'Personalized Responses' which can then be selected as 'template' for Manual Notification.
