  • 1.  Classic Workflow Pending Status

    Good day

     

    Have anyone ever needed the workflow task to start from an other status other than PENDING without creating Action Macro's to do that. I created my own Pending status due to the mdb that is a bit messy and would like the workflow to start from my Pending rather than the OOTB one.

     

    Any ideas?

    What product is this for? If I know which product this question is referring to, I can move it into the appropriate product community where it's more likely that product experts will see it and respond.

    Melanie_Giuliani - this is for Service Desk. I've tagged and it to the correct product.

     

    Ronel.Odendaal - The OOTB pending status has special internal meaning and functionality, thus in my view it is the only one that can be used to kick off the next task(s).
