  • 1.  Custom Jasper CABI Reports Error

    We're trying to use JasperSoft Studio to create new reports, we already apply configuration steps described in How to configure Jasper Studio for editing existing reports and creating new reports for CA Service Desk Manager data on… 

    All configuration tests runs normally and CA Service Desk Manager Server is using odbc driver version 7.2. But, this error appears when try to create a new report.

     

     

    Our environment is for CA SDM 14.1CP3

     

    I appreciate your comments and suggestions.

    Is this an upgraded version of service desk server ( say 12.x to 14.1) ?

    Yes, 12.9 to 14.1 after one year 14.1 to 14.1 cp3

    I think you can ignore that error, earlier even i encountered the same issue, still i was able to generate reports.

    Thanks for your answer. In my case could not be ignored due to we're unable to add object attributes to the report.
