  • 1.  Send Attachment's on automatic notification

    Hi Team!

It is possible to send in automatic notification the attachments that are in the request?. The scenarios is:

The analyst N1 registers the ticket and uploads a document. SDM sends an automatic notification of creation or case assignment by email with the details of the request, for example request number, summary, description and others, the need is to be able in that automatic notification to send the attached documents.

    Hi Wicner,

The activity notification like initial nottitication can include request number, summary, description and others.  However, the activity notification does not have function to send attachment.  I found an idea already submitted in community: Ability to add an attachment to a notification

    Regards,

    Derek

    Hi,

That feature is only available on the Manual Notify activity.  The other activity notifications do not have the ability to send attachments.  If your site has Process Automation you could build your own notification logic so that it can send attachments in email, but that would be rather complicated.
