    Hi,

I created managed searches for modules in ITAM.
But in all searchs, the items identified in red appear for all profiles, even for users without permissions

    I can hide the display?

Note: It is shown to model, active, Legal Document, etc.

    Hi Mauricio,

You need to use the 'Permissions' frame in the configuration that applies to that user and object and move the permissions to the 'Deny' box.

The 'Configure ON | OFF' in the left pane can be completely hidden. The one just above the search may still be available, but because the 'SAVE' button is greyed out the user will not be able to save it.

    Hi Alexandre,
    Thanks for the info.

The 'Configure ON | OFF 'could hide conforms his guidance.
But the search, the user with permission to create the object, it will be able to edit the search and save it, the even set one default to search for all profiles.

It has some way to block it?

    Mauricio,

If you deny the Search related permissions the user should not be able to save the search.

What are the current permissions under 'Granted Permissions' for the configuration assigned to the affected user?
