    Hi Mandar,

Could you confirm on how you were able to come to this error message? Were you login to the application and you see this error message? OR are you using web services methods to login to the application?

Also let us know the patch level at which you are currently. If this is on a test system, then you can use to turn on:

    pdm_logstat -a verbose

    and to turn off:

    pdm_logstat -a

Don't do this on a production system, as it writes everything and more targeted logging is needed.

We need more log data to understand the situation on this.

From the screenshot I understand, You are running the login process using the web services method. Have you tried login to the system manually? What is the results on manual login?

    Hi Mandar,

Could you clarify the process you followed here:

    1. How are you trying to login to the application?

    2. What is the tool that you are using to get logged to the application

Have you managed to use the same credentials to login to the application from web interface? If yes, what are the results?

    hi Maheshwar,

We have ca sdm 14.1, and using ca sdm login page for login to application, we are not using web service anywhere in the application.

    Hello,

Very difficult to diagnose ... errors come from stdlog?

We now know the version of SDM (14.1) are there patches applied?

    Maybe a SQL incompatibility problem?
    A mistake of language?
A "collation" problem on the database?
Ideally you should know SDM works on which operating system, the same for the database as well as the browser used for authentication.

The password is entered manually or as a single sign-on?
