How to attach documents in Forefox or Chrome

Hi cummunity 

 

Using SDM 14.1 in the tickets in the option to attach documents only let me attach in IE but does not work in chrome or Firefox

 

 

Does not display any error but the screen dont show the button i put the follow example:

 

This is Chrome

 

This is IE

 

 

If you know how do this please let me know

Could you please check the following document and confirm if the issue and steps to reproduce are the same as noted in the following document:

 

Cannot use the 'Choose Files' button if an attachment was already uploaded using the ADD FILES window to add additional … 

 

If so, please create a ticket to request the fix noted in the document above.

The fix mentioned was created back in March 2016, so it should be included in the recently released CA SDM 14.1 CUM#5 patch.
