Service Targets don't work

Hi guys,

 

I'm configure the Service Targets on CA SDM 12.9 to with a condition in my tickets. However, when this condition is true nothing happens.

I don't know if I got the wrong idea about it.

Could you please provide details (and screen captures if possible), of the steps you used to setup the Service Target and the condition that should trigger it?
