I have both version 14 of ITCM and SDM and I would like to integrate discovered asset information from ITCM to SDM in order to view as much data as possibile (like ipaddress, host info, hardware data, etc...).
Which is the most efficient way to make the integration? Obviously also the most automatic and fast to implement...
Are your ITCM and SDM implementations sharing the same mdb?
When viewing a Configuration Item in Service Desk, click on the Asset Viewer button.
But my CI List is not updated, if I open the list I see older CI, probably made by a previous work...
Although slightly outdated, please have a look at 'Chapter 5' of the 'CA Unicenter Service Desk Integrations' Green book (attached). Essentially what is discussed there, is what you intend to achieve.
