I copied employee role as custom role and removed all DP. Then i included Affected End User field as lookup in detail_in.htmpl of that employee interface.
When i click on the lookup, it gives error as:
AHD04407:CA Service Desk Manager html generation error. Could not find or process 'search_cnt.htmpl'.
AHD04714:Unable to open file search_cnt.htmpl at ?: No such file or directory (2) userid=admin
But when i use type user in Affected end user field and select by Auto Suggest name, then i can able to save the page.
Please help on this
it means you are missing list_cnt.htmpl
1. change it drop down (if the search object has few records)
2. copy the list_cnt.htmpl to your custom role form group

Please also be aware, if you haven't already, that you need to edit the Access Type of the user logged in and make sure the Access Type has the "Licensed?" checked. If a user is not licensed they will only be able to see themselves, they won't be able to see other contact records.
It means it will consume a license to see other customer tickets from employee interface?
