  • 1.  App for Service Catalog and problems with tables

    Is there any forecast for improvement in CA Service Management 3.1.12 Build 3?
    Today it presents the error in forms with tables:

     

    "to acess this service, use a laptop, desktop, or server. you cannot use a mobile device to access this service. The service includes a form with an unsupported component, for example, a table"

    Another issue would be the possibility to change the App layout like colors, logo .....

    Hello Everton,

     

    Some of the behavior that you see is around slight re-design of your forms/services offerings that you would have to do, for them to show up in the app properly.     It is explained as such: Elements That Do Not Apply, Do not use the following elements on mobile forms because they do not apply:
    - All tables (Static Table or Dynamic Table)
    - Dual list
    - Column layout
    - Lookup Field
