Assign request to group user ca service catalog

Hi,

 

I want to assgin a request for Group to approve it. I am using assginpendingaction api, but it seems not to be working or if I am missing anything while passing parameter. can anyone help on this

Where is this group defined? It should be a group in EEM.

As Lindsay mentioned, first ensure you can search for the group in EEM (login as EiamAdmin > Manage Identities > Groups).

 

Then you can verify from Catalog via Catalog > Policies:

 

-Select a policy

-Select the 'Add assignee level' (plus) icon

-Select the lookup for the 'Assignees' field

-Select 'Group' for the assignee type and search for the group
