  • 1.  How to remove a schedule report

    Hi !

     

     

    I have an integration with sdm 14.1 with cabi 4.1 sp3 and I have some scheduled reports, but these are sending twice and only one is required.

     

    For example I have a daily report to send at 9:30 am that is sending correctly but also send at 11 am

     

    How can I delete the scheduled task from 11:00 am without removing the 9:00 am

     

    if any knows how to do this please let me know

    Log on to CMC and go to instance manager to see all your report schedules.  You should be able to modify them from there.

    Hi,

    In the CMC menu dropdown (top left of the screen) , select Instance Manager.

    You will then see a list of all scheduled reports.

    Right click the one you would like to remove and select delete.
