  • 1.  configuration procedure for Additional  webengine

    Hi,

    We are using CA Service desk manager 12.7, currently we are using 5 web engines with 5 domservers as web-dom pairs.

    We want to add one more web-dom pair.

     

    Can anyone please share me the procedures for the same.

    2. Click "CA Service Desk Manager r12.5"
    3. Page 594 "Add Web Engines"  will help you
