Hi, I tried to execute a PAM process in Service Desk when a case is Closed or Canceled. I followed this tutorial "Knowledge Base Articles" and I can execute the event in update status notification but in the close the event is not added. I need it because i need to check the status of the ticket and take actions in PAM.
Service Desk 14.1 is the version.

Hi, Thanks for the answer, and my answer is Not, I added it and it Works! now the event on Close activity notifications is triggered. But i have a question, this variable affects another functionality
The @NX_TRIGGER_EVENTS_ON_CLOSE variable will allow events to fire on closed CA SDM tickets.
It should not effect any other CA SDM functionality.
