  • 1.  Workflow task duplicate

    Hi every one,


    Our customer has an issue with the worfkflow task´s on incident/request and problem. When they change the ticket category.


    For Example:

    They created a request whit the category "A", this category has 5 workflow tasks. The workflow tasks have been associated correctly on the new request. Then they changed the category, for example B and these new category has the same 5 workflow task, but the request now has 10 workflow tasks, 5 from the old category and others 5 the new category.

    Summary, the workflow task are duplicate on the request.



    Any idea that can help me?


    Note: the keep_tasks are not installed

    The version is SDM 14.01 whit the cum 1 and 2, the lenguaje is spanish

    The issue was resolved whit the patch T6D3045
