Hi Venkat, unfortunately that is not something we can support from our side. Now there may be some folks that have gotten this to work and may be willing to share their info with you out here on the communities. Just please keep in mind that CA Support cannot assist with, or troubleshoot any issues related to SLAs or Events when they are loaded in bulk outside of the web interface as that has a risk of data corruption and dangling references.
