    Hello Everyone,

     

    I've just posted a comprehensive document on the CA Service Desk Manager "Auto-close" functionality here:

     

    Understanding, Configuring and Troubleshooting CA Service Desk Manager “Auto-close” Functionality

     

    Okay, it might not be everything that you wanted to know about Auto-close - but I hope it comes close! 

     

    Auto-close in a nutshell: Automate closure of tickets based on the number of hours they have been in a Resolved type Status. This document will be particularly useful for sites that span timezones.

    I've revised this document, and added two new small sections:

    • Timezone Setup and Daylight Savings Time
    • How to extract and read Auto-close entries from the Animator table

    The PDF document is attached in ZIP file in the KB. Is it not?
    Or is there any other PDF file that you want to find?
