  • 1.  CA SDM::. Applying CUM3 experience - side effects of RO90566

    Applying CUM3 for Conventional Configuration On Oracle database.

     

     

     

    We are getting some side effects, We lost some settings, some part of the behavior is normal and described in the documentation when you run pdm_configure, how way? Don't update your nx.env without update the template.

     

    BUT, Not expected, missing options manager, for example:

     

    We lost tenancy configuration

     

    We lost employee_intf_incident_support configuration, for open Incident and Request

    Has anyone had this experience? Leave your comment.

    Hi Tiago,

     

    I have applied CUM#3 in a multi-tenanted environment and all seems OK on my side. I do not see any side effects you mentioned. Perhaps log a support case for further investigation?

         Ok, thank you for answering.

     

         I didn't open a case. My install log files says "done", like allright.

     

        I'll open a case.
