status inside the system

Hi,

I want to make a Node that includes the incident report status, "waiting supplier".  The question is...How this stattus apears in the sistem? For example. "Close status is status=\'CLREQ\'.

Go and look at the Request/Incident/Problem Status Detail for your status with Symbol "waiting supplier". The Code should also be on the Detail form.
