For PDM_Load, what is the escape character you would use in your inport file to represent a double qoute?  Similar to how I replaced all the next lines with \\0012.

    Hi JDiegelIV,

I don't need a code for double quote character, you can put a backslash character before the double quotation for insert this character. Is the same behavior for backslash character.

    \" = "

    \\ = \

    Best Regards

Do you know what to use for a Tab?

    Hi JDiegelIV,

You can put it directly into the text inside the file, I do not see that it affects the loading process on anything.

Really? I'll give it another shot later today when I have this thing ready to run again, but I thought I was getting errors on tabs in one record (you know, that one oddball record) that processed after I manually removed the tabs.

Regarding what you indicate, it may be a problem with the encoding of the file you are trying to upload, the other is to check the character with a HEX view tool.

No. You were correct.  The tabs did not impact the import after I addressed the other issues.
