We are new to creating a Problem from an Incident. When I look at the Problem I see a tab that says "Attached Incident" When in the Incident I see no way of telling if there is an associated problem. Where do I find the Problem when looking at the Incident?
This is in my 12.5 Environment.
This may not be the same in 12.5, but in my environment there is a problem field on the Incident form. Once the Incident is attached to a problem the problem number appears there.

So apparently that was not a good field to suppress from the form prior to understanding it's use in full. Lol
