  • 1.  Activity Log when a Field Changes

    Is it possible with 14.1 resources to add an activity log when a specific field change (Custom Fields)? I know it can be done via spell but I was wondering if there is anything which wouldn't require an outage.

    Hi Fabio,  you should be able to trigger this using the activity associations out of the box.  You should be able to reference your custom field i believe.    Here is the section in the documentation that talks about using Activities:  Add Activities to a Ticket - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation
