When I try to run the crystal reports from the Report tab of CA Service Desk console, I see the following error message:
The viewer could not process an event. Unable to reconnect to the CMS SDM14:6400. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002) [RASLIB9038]

Even when I logged in few moments ago. How can I resolve this issue?

i. Try to clear your browser cache
ii. Do you see the same error when you try running the same reports when you login directly to CABI, without going via ServiceDesk reports tab?

I will test that after clearing browser cache. If the error still persists, I will try applying SP5 because there are some other errors also that come when I run the report for the first time. Then I need to refresh the report again to run them smoothly from CA Service Desk console Report tab.
This error doesn't appear when I run the report from CA BI directly.
