Update a field to blank using ITAM data Importer

Hi Team,

 

I am using ITAM data importer to update contact email address to blank using data importer. What is the correct format to update a value to make it blank?I am using this format in csv:-

userid,email

xyz,NULL

 

After this the email field is getting filled with text NULL .

I have tried some other formats too, it did not work. Could anyone please help me on this. I am using ITAM 14.1.

Hi Manirul,

 

I handle this using Contact import and you can see in the screenshots below.

Please alos use the following Tec1180811 as a guideline:

I inserted a Contact and left the email blank using the following setting in the Administration->SysConfig->Data Importer Engine.
