If you have maileater configured, after upgrading to SDM 14.1.03, your inbound mail integration may fail and you may have errors similar to these in stdlog.

This is resolved by applying patch RO92235, which is available for download on support: SAP Portal Services
Note this patch also resolves similar issue on not being able to open surveys or create tickets via pdm_text_cmd
