    Recently a new patch was published which provides a variety of fixes for the xFlow component of CA Service Management. The fix can be downloaded here:

     

    CA Service Management Solutions & Patches - CA Technologies 

     

    The patch is labeled as "CASM 14.1.03.2 CUMULATIVE PATCH" and a separate patch exists for each operating system. Please be aware that this patch only contains fixes for the xFlow component, the patch does not contain fixes for any other product in the Service Management suite. This patch is  Cumulative and contains all fixes that were in the previous xFlow patch, 14.1.03.1. The previous patch has been deprecated.
