In my CA Service Desk 12.9 installation have Customers/Employee profiles has enabled. In the version web these profiles the internal flag comments don't show.
In CA Service Management Mobile App the internal flag comments show.
How configure the app to this or this is a app bug?
Can you tell us what version of the mobile app you are currently using and on what device?
Mobile App version is 3.1.10 and the Device is a Samsung Galaxy S6.
I believe I'm seeing the same issue in 14.x based install too. Please go ahead and raise a support issue for this for further investigation
We are in process of contract renewal and as soon as possible I will open the support issue.

With this, I believe there is no fix for version 12.9.
I do not believe there is a testfix for this based on what I've seen so far. Please raise a support case for this for the pursual of a 12.9 testfix for USRD2980 Problem.
After engaging Engineering team, a testfix was back ported to SDM 12.9 for this issue - T6EE226.
