    Hello community ,

    I'm using PdmDownTime to calculate the SLA , calculating the (SLA - Workshift) .

     

    But I'm not finding a way to make him consider the holidays listed in WorkShift .

     

    It is possible to do so also consider the holidays listed in Workshift ?

    Any idea on how to make this happen?

    Hello community ,

     

    I mean that the PdmDownTime considers the holiday in workshift .

     

    My old query that was wrong.

     

    So the PdmDownTime function considers all that is within the workshift .
