My customer wants in the mobile app the possibility for the user to choose the category in the opening of a new ticket.
Is this possible?
If you expose category(incident / request area) in the mobile attributes section of SDM (https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/14-1/en/using/mobility/ca-service-management-mobile-application/configure-the-mobile-attributes-for-ca-sdm-tickets#ConfiguretheMobileAttributesforCASDMTickets-Requests/Incidents/Problems), then you should be able to select that via the app as well.
My SD is 12.9 and I didn’t find this information in there. I think in this version is not possible. Or there is a need of a fix patch?
