    Hi Team,

      I am trying to create an report in boxi Selected fields option are shows full option in the symbol.

    For Example,

    I am trying to create a report with the help of Impact in filters it shows only two option but in sdm it have 5 option in it.

    Hi Arun,

    Login to Designer->import CA Servicedesk manager-> go to properties of impact and let us know the query. we can check if that is the correct impact which is being used.
