  • 1.  Message Template for WF tasks

    I created a Request/Incident/Problem workflow task message template.. When i receive the email notification i see my ticket number, the open date and the description. 



    And all those fields are being filled in the email but the creator of the ticket doesn't appear, i'll like to know how can i bring the affected end user of the ticket.

    Hi Jason,


    You must use "@{cr.customer.last_name} @{cr.customer.first_name}"
