    Two questions relating to xFlow analyst interface.


    Mandatory fields....  Do this get ignored when creating a new ticket through the interface and only kick in if updating via the main CASD interface and Can the xFlow interface be tuned to allow the population of mandatory fields.

    If the fields are required via status transition then xflow will prompt the user to update the field. You can't add fields to the main incident screen in xflow, but you can use the command bar to update them.
