Service Desk- Link Update

    hi,

     

    We want to append below links (highlighted in red) with some text like "Request it or Approve it - IT Service Catalog" (it's just an example)

     

    Please suggest how this can be carried out.

    Hi Sonakshi,

     

    The screenshot shows that the employee-home.htmpl is already customized to have the Catalog link in SDM.

     

    You probably need to identify the specific line marked as red in this thread and change the value within <a>Request it or Approve it - ....</a> and test the behavior. Probably you may want to paste the bit of htmpl code for a review here.

    Hi you do customize this page by modifying the  home.htmpl page for employee.

    Hello Sonjais,

     

    With no offense, if you don't know where to start with customization I will recommend you to read the admin guide and usage of Web screen Painter first before any others :CA Service Management - 14.1  look around page 1898
