BOXI 3.0. we are facing issue with BOXI application and unable to view some pages when we try to view properties,history etc. this is something strange.

Do you happen to know of any Service Packs (SP) you have installed on CABI 3.x ?
Such items were seen when using newer browsers (IE11/10) against older CABI patches. Having latest SP (SP7 is the latest) and redeployment of tomcat apps might help.
