  • 1.  How does Policy Driven Assignment works

    Hi,

     

    i was trying to find some explanation on how to use, set up and how it works but could not find much about the Policy Driven Assignment, haven't found anything in the implementation neither the admin SC Guide.

     

    Anyone has used it and can help me with this?

     

    I wanna know if i can use it to make a request go from one status to another with the Request Status Upon Success option. I want to add it to a new rule i have created.

     

    Please any help will be appreciated.
