Error while running archive and purge rule

Dear All,

 

I have created an archive rule to archive incidents in sdm 12.9 when I cliked on run now the following error is written to the log

"arcpur_srvr error rule.c Attempt to start a second archive and purge process for the rule, <Rule Name>. Abort the new process ".

 

Tried to run archive on different objects with different rules  also but the archive never happens.

Please suggest if anyone aware of solution.

Hi Lova,

 

Do you see any entries in the archive purge history? If you do not see anything and if the arcpur_srvr error rule.c appears whenever you run it, I would suggest you open support issue with the logs.

The below KB article talks to that problem.
