    Hi,

I would like to know if anyone has configured the SDM to include mutiple Configuration Items to an incident.

Can someone help me on this?

    Thank you!

    Hi Mirela Bianor,

Unfortunately this functionality does not currently exist in the product at this time.  There have been two ideas posted to the communities for this which you can find here:

Multiple CIs on Request Ticket Type

Allow adding Multiple CIs to a Request

You can vote for these, and they will be reviewed by product management for possible inclusion future versions of the product.

    Thanks,

    Jon I.

    Thank you for helping me!

But this is not what the customer is needing!

The customer needs that incident form has a CI table equal to the change form "detail_chg.htmpl". Allowing an incident has more than one configuration item.

I managed to create the table and BREL / SREL relationships and create the table in detail_in.htmpl form, I'm just not able to perform the update.

    Hi Mirela,

Unfortunately that would not be something within the scope of CA Support as it is not functionality currently available out-of-the-box in the product.   This type of customization would require a CA Services engagement.

    Thanks,

    Jon I.
