We are getting a lot of messages like the following in our CA Service Desk stdlogs:

Please, do you have any idea what would be the problem?

There is a table that calculates a CI's ambiguity. Maybe check that table and clear its contents?
Otherwise I would suggest logging a Support case for this. Generally one would want to know when the error is reproduced. One would also need to increase the logging level to see what going on behind the scenes...
