I installed SDM 12.9 on a new box. When I restore MDB from my prod server and run pdm_configure, it says unable to connect. I found that the DB is trying to connect to the prod server rather than the new one. How to resolve this issue ??

    Hi SSDCG,

Did you run the query sp_change_users_login 'AUTO_FIX','ServiceDesk' in SQL? Also, update the hostname in the dlgtsrv table.

    Thanks,

    Naveen

What kind of configuration do you have...'Conventional' or 'Advanced Availability'?

You might also be facing the below problem:

PDM_CONFIGURE FAILS ON COPYING MDB FROM ANOTHER ENVIRONMENT (USRD2872).

This is included in r12.9 CUM#1 fix. So apply this fix if you have not applied and check if the problem goes away?

    Kind Regards,

    Brian

USRD2872 included in CUM#1 fix should address this problem
