    I've been asked if it would be possible to track software licences using only Service Desk Manager.

     

    I have a few ideas on how to do this but I was wondering if anyone is doing or is planning to do that and if anyone would have suggestions or things to pay attention to.

    I would shy away from this as it would required some serious customizations and rather persuade customer to use the correct CA product for license tracking...
