  • 1.  Inactivate questions option in USS, Unified Self Service 14.1

    Hello everyone, I have a question ..... Someone has been tried or inactivate the option Unified Self Service Questions? the options as such does not have the tool but maybe doing some customizations you can, anyone know how or where you have to change to do this

    I'm sorry, I'm not aware of a customization to accomplish this, but I just wanted to note that you may want to be wary with making customization to USS. Customization to USS is not like Service Desk. In Service Desk customizations are stored in a separate location, and can be easily tracked, but this is not the case with USS.

    14.1 cum#2  has a feature to disable the communities (questions) feature in USS.  Post Installation steps for USS 14.1.02 patch has the instructions on how to achieve this.
