  • 1.  CA EEM error in CA APM 12.9

    Hi Team,

     

    Asset portfolio management 12.9 is installed on a server but for some reason the ip address is changed and EEM is also on same server but it is pointing to old ip address. Because of EEM server i am not able to login in CA APM.

    Please help me to know how can i change ip address in EEM or some other ways to perform it.

    Hi Vinay,

     

    Please open an issue and we will be happy to assist.

    We will be able to see if it is an entry in some of the CA.CommonLoadConfigurationAttribulte config file or if you might need to run the CertUtility.

    Hello Vinay,

     

    If you installed APM using the logical server name, and not the IP, then the point of failure is in EEM, as you mentioned.

    There are probably some EEM configuration files that have the IP address stored.
