    Hi Xavier,

The path for %RPT_HOME% should be at the default location C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Catalog\reporting.

    Thanks,

    Naveen

    HI Naveen,

    Thanks for the response.

    I've had the same issue.

When I navigate to Service Catalog/reporting, there are more folders.

bin, CABI, data, examples and templates.

Where do I paste the csv file?

    Hi!

You can put the csv in any directory you like. If you place it in %USM_HOME%\reporting you can reference the csv as follows:

    %RPT_HOME%\filename.csv

If you put the same under %USM_HOME%\reporting\examples as in the 'Sample Support Issues' data object you can reference the csv as follows:

    %RPT_HOME%\examples\filename.csv

    Thanks,

    Jason
