USS to Service Catalog Integration Error

    Hi.. I'm receiving error while integrating USS with Service Catalog (14.x)

     

    Liferay log entry is :

    org.xml.sax.SAXException: Invalid element in usmCatalogService.Offering - rateplanheaderdisplay

     

    Datasource entry message is :

    Incorrect value for DEFAULT REQUEST OFFERING ID

    Unable to validate Offering ID from CA Service Catalog

     

    Any ideas?

    Hi Affizan,

     

    Did you apply the patch for USS 14.1.01 (RO80300) which can be extracted from RO80318?

    Hi All,

     

    Please note that if you have installed 14.1.02 on top of GA version Service Management suit of products, then you will get 14.1.01 patches also included into this patch.

     

    Coming to this issue CA has released another test fix to resolved this issue i.e.

    Liferay log entry is :

    org.xml.sax.SAXException: Invalid element in usmCatalogService.Offering - rateplanheaderdisplay

     

    Datasource entry message is :

    Incorrect value for DEFAULT REQUEST OFFERING ID

    Unable to validate Offering ID from CA Service Catalog

     

    Follow the below document for installing 14.1.02

    Solution: T51R202 test fix was released after CP02 to resolve this issue.

    How where you able to solve this issue? I'm facing this issue after applying CUM2. There's no way to apply that mentioned patch individually now.

    We are on CUM5 and I am experiencing this error.  Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

     

    you can actually install the patch individually. After you extract the first packaged patch, you'll see the RO80300. patch your USS and if needed, rerun CUM2 only for USS.
